So he has been suing the city to get access to a landfill where he believe his old HDD with Bitcoin is in. Now the landfill is going to be decommission, he's trying to buy it. So what are the chances of the drive surviving 10 years in a landfill since these things aren't exactly rated to be water and air tight. Unless it's somehow in a ziplock bag and not punctured? Anyway, the judge already denied his earlier lawsuit to dig (he got a plan) so what's the chance of the government selling him the landfill?
