where do you guys source the grains you mill?

any of you have any experience with creating flower in something like a Vitamix? there is an optional blade for that function.

Before the Pandemic it was Daybreakmill out in SK. Though right now they don't have the hard red wheat that I am used to.

As for making flour in anything other than a stone mill, I very much advise against it. The blade doesn't matter as much as the pressure.

Trust me on that one.
