HUB/Techspot and Videocardz covered the same story regarding a new SSD format. MiniSSD 1517 (15mm long by 17mm wide by 1.4mm tall) which is just a tad bigger than a SD Card. Beside pricing concerns, it's pretty easy to lose among the stack of crap I have in my office.

It literally just looks like a single nand chips. Dumb idea.

Quick Google-fu suggests nand chips can be as small as 12mm x 6cm. Controllers I know can be pretty small, like 5x5mm give or take. So ya, literally just one nand chip and a controller, on a stamp that everyone's going to lose like SD cards but will cost 4x an SS card haha
