I did this, from their Telegram https://t.me/LUXcoreOfficial:

If you are having problems with your wallet syncing or stuck please to the following:

Shut down the wallet program keep your wallet.dat safe someplace else.

Delete everything in the lux folder make sure you're using the newest wallet 4.2.0

Unzip this in the lux folder https://bootstrap.luxcore.io/bootstrap.zip

Windows
C:\Users\unsername\AppData\Roaming\LUX

Mac
~/Library/Application Support/Lux

Start the wallet

Once fully synced stop the wallet and place your backup wallet.dat in the lux folder

Start the wallet again

Turned off MPH this morning, decided profits are too low now to continue mining on a gaming card I need to last for 3+ years. If (when) the price of BTC reaches record-ish highs again, the card will have made enough to largely pay for itself.

Yup, I am with you. On Sunday I will have enough to do one final cash out through Nicehash and I'm sticking a fork in it for now. I'll turn it on now and then to see if it can be profitable again. I've moved my 7970 back in my main rig but will move the 1080ti back in it. I've just been using the 980ti and 1080ti to mine over the past few months.
