these boards were made for Tech Tubers if made it to retail it was scalped immediately couple that with what felt like 10 boards were available for NA at the time before being discontinued in retail distribution weeks after release lol.

but wait and see this could be a very slick upgrade from my B850 which i can turn into a test board for ryzen cpus ill attempt to delid with floss/iron trick.

Either way, 4x m.2 boards is going to chew up the pcie lanes. So great for a home server, but not great if you're dropping a GPU in. The Asustore m.2 Nas kinda kills almost any competition for an m.2 Nas.

exacly purpose built if its 1 Gen 5 1 Gen 4 thats all i need for my setup anything else i toss and access on the nas i testing streaming FF16 from my nas to my various rigs.

I think it's mostly based on their Intel Z890 variant? That seems to have 2 "stacked" M.2 above the PCIe slot, 1 on the back, and 1 on the riser card.

This could be a slick lil nas I wonder if it'll work with that AM5 Epyc CPU

I may be reading this wrong, but I see it has a single m.2 slot, plus another one available with a riser card. Am I missing something?

I like the included 5G ethernet. But half the advertised ports requiring an expansion card is a bummer. Such is the life of mitx though.

if you look at the board it has 2 pcie5.0 m.2 on front/one pcie 5.0 on back, usb2.0, hdaudio, ARGB, and FPconnectors all on board. then in addition to that you get a daughterboard with

• 1 x PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot
• 2 x SATA
• 1 x USB Type-C 20Gbps
• 2 x USB 5Gbps ports
• 1 x JFP_2 header

hence the day i can buy these im grabbing 2-3 just incase these are discontinued as quickly asthe x670e Gene board was.
