Starting off with a bit of a hodge podge (more coming). Due to one of my kids having an immune disorder we have tried several ways to get home schooling, socializing and entertainment done electronically and some worked out better than others. All items are OBO and I would actually much prefer trades.
Things I would trade for:
- decent LGA2011 cooler (square mount type, 80x80mm I think?)
- nvme m.2 drive (I bought a SATA one by mistake and this mobo no do sata.
- PS vita games
- PS4 (pro preferred)
- m3 Surface Go 2 (can trade 1 or even 2 basically new original go's if needed)
- surprise me
1) HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 ($200). It's a "fixer upper". I bought it off someone to fix up for my daughter who is home schooling (still, ugh) but we decided after it was best for her to work at a desk with us instead of in her room etc so my old gaming rig sufficed. It needs an M.2 drive (specs show it can take several kinds) and a battery (can be sourced 3rd party or from HP). It lived its life in a contractors truck attached to a RAM mount so it has some scuffs from the clamps and the Kensington lock is fairly mangles from it be repeatedly bumped by tool bags etc (but it's still functional). No power supply but again, can be sourced and I confirmed that it can run off my 65W USB-C charger so that is a much easier solution. Screen is flawless and so is the top and keyboard/trackpad. Bottom is scuffed from the mount again and there are no bottom cover screws. Like I said, fixer upper, but with a $50 battery and a $50 m.2 you would have a decent 2-in-1.
2) Amazon Echo Auto ($30): BNIB still sealed. Another nice Christmas present my mommy got me because I mentioned I would "love to have a google mini in the car". Alas I am too invested in Google products to add an Alexa device in the mix, I'm trying to simplify here haha.
3) ATEN VGA Cat5 extender: 150m range. Used briefly until I could install some security stuff properly for a friends mom, put on a shelf. Gotta go. I dunno, offer me something fun in trade?
Now it's time for the weird stuff, never know. I have an Asus T102H with no screen I bought to fix another one with a failed MB. It turned out I bought a slightly different one than I thought and they were not compatible and I shelved this one. The keyboard cover is mint and the rest is in decent shape but I have no idea if it works. I also have a socket 478 asus board. Both are free + shipping if you have a use for them.
More to come!
