There... you're well on your way to getting into memory tweaking... :)

One thing to look at now from your screen shots is that your motherboard has set fairly high main timings on the "auto" settings. If you compare the CPU-Z memory settings (these are what they are running at) with the settings under the SPD tab (these are what the manufacturer says the mem will do at the proper voltage) you can see that the actual #s are higher, and in the case of memory (especially the top 4 timings) lower (referred to as "tighter") is generally better, but that's where the manual settings, and guelling benchmarking starts to come into play. :)
