I have a front panel for my tower that use's this type of connector to plug into the motherboard,I'm trying to find the same cable that has the 2 screws I circled in red.

I find the same cable but not with the 2 screw holes circled in red and I can make one of them work I just need to drill 2 holes in the panel so I can use the other 2 holes on the plug.

Have you checked with the case manufacturer?

A quick search suggests that the 90 deg screw placement on your cable is not industry standard, and might only be available through the manufacturer.

functionally having the screws at a 90' angle makes very little sense for a lot of things. I/O shield, standard panel etc going to want inline screw holes. Your might be a 1 off design, even looking at your photo the shape of the connector it almost just looks like a modified inline one in the first place. Had it been designed from scratch for screws to be angled like that they would have made the mounting surface flatter to make a more rigid mating/mounting surface.

Heat inserts and a drill and some epoxy (to fill in the old holes) would be the hacky solution but it might be the only one besides ordering it pre-made from the case vendor.

I the reason they put the second screw holes in that way was so that it makes for a cleaner look, the 2 holes I circled in red the screws go threw the PCB and then into the connector to hold it in place that way the screws aren't seen.

I personally don't care if I have to drill the front panel of it to use the screws in the front.
