So I may have gotten through to Gigabyte

now I just need help with this portion iv only ever created labels then applied them to a product for RMA.
Just out of curiosity, did Gigabyte come up with the correct cable, within that email?
As for the prepaid label, are they aware you're in Canada? I'm kind of thinking that they intend to send the cable to you free of charge, so long as you pay for the shipping, which is likely why they're requesting a prepaid label. I suggest you make it VERY clear to them that the whole process would work much better if they figure out the cable + shipping cost(PREFERABLY via the postal system), you pay them, and THEY take care of the shipping label..... surely they ship out TONS of stuff.
While I'm sure it can be done, for YOU to provide a prepaid label, you'd need to know the size & weight of the package they'd be shipping to you, BEFORE you can even attempt to pay for a label.
As for the label itself, it'd be best if you could arrange it via the postal system, to avoid potential oversized brokerage fees, but when I tried that several months ago, it was near impossible to do anything on the USPS site, i.e. although I could create an account, their software running the system to buy labels was either extremely buggy, or their system was simply 'down' at that time(have NEVER had such issues with the Canada Post site). You might end up having to create a label for UPS, FedEx, or some other courier, which, TBH, might end up being easier to get it done over the phone.
