Need help with XFX Warranty Transfer

Hello i just bought a used XFX video card which has been registered and i want to transfer the warranty to my account. Im not sure how to do it i was given the original account with the registered video card. When i log in there are 2 things which stand out to me which are the Serial # (which is the unique Video card ID) and the Reg Code(not 100% sure what this is)

I also have the door hanger which came with the video card and it has the Personal Activation Code

So to my understanding i must unregister the card on his account and re-register the card onto my account, but im unsure if i use the Personal Activation Code or the Reg Code or neither?

I wasnt given any code only his XFX account and the door hanger.

have you tried contacting xfx customer support? this seems like something they can take care of for you.
