This is no big deal for established users who already have a BST thread going. My BST thread was reviewed after posting by mods and I took their (expert) suggestions. Better for everyone.

Your rules are broken. Got a new poster with an ad up all night with 0 posts and no picture.

Actually looks like when the user receive an infraction the system decided to make their post go live. It has been rectified and sent off to the admin to see if this loophole can get patched.
