Thanks. So no thermal paste? Cool. Thank you very much. I definitely have enough time and bucks to get the upcoming 3950x. Is it going to be better than i9 9900k or kfGo with Seasonic instead for PSU. Thermal paste is questionable IMO, I would go with tested stuff like Arctic MX-4 or Thermal Grizzly. Switch the SSD to a Samsung 960 EVO or Pro. Here's my build based on some of the items you set your eyes on.

I think you can go down to 850W PSU for this build, 1200W seem a bit over kill. You still got $2K left so may be invest in a backup battery? I also didn't include a monitor since I don't know anything about them.
