@Bond007 – thanks. I was fortunate to have a table saw (my father passed it along to me since he no longer had any use for it). Although not a typical tool for computer mods, with the right blade it made for very quick, very straight cuts of the 2mm aluminum and for cutting the kerfs to help with bending the aluminum. I am not sure I would have attempted this build without it.
@lowfat – thanks for the tip. Your comment on modern cases is one of the reasons why I kept this case for all these years. Nothing like old aluminum cases, e.g. your Tagan A+ Black Pearl comes to mind.
