Beware of their incredibly slow and bad service. They guy answering support tickets was fast and nice, but they sell things they don't have.

They do label items as either in stock or unavailable, in which case they order them in.

I think not having something in stock is a seperate issue from "bad service". As far as I know DirectCanada has a practice of only selling instock items so i'm not to sure what happened there but hopefully they cleared it up for you.:biggrin:

The problem is when I order a part that is in stock and it isn't in stock. I never get notified it isn't in stock. 4 days later when I get pissed because my order is in que and even the item says there are 3 left I get told there are none in stock and they will ship when more come in the next day. 3 days later I finally ask for a refund. 3 days after that I finally get a refund. The customer service guy that I talked to answered my emails fast, but not one other aspect of my failed transaction was fast with direct canada. I will stick to NCIX because atleast they sell things they have in stock.
