this provides some clarity. Lucienne always was a refresh of Renoir on Zen 2 while Cezanne is the APU based on Zen 3.
Lucienne is the odd #'s part while Cezanne will be the even # part. Lucienne is essentially Renoir with SMT turned on and slightly higher GPU clock speeds. Cezanne is also running the same RX Vega 8 GPU as Lucienne, but Cezanne will have all the advantages of Vermeer, such as the shared L3 cache, etc.
Cezanne is going to be a premium part while Lucienne a more entry to mid-grade solution. it'll benefit from having SMT and a boost of about 200mhz over Renoir tho.
