Pc reboots in Superpi

I just got my new i7 rig a few days ago and was fooling around with furmark and superpi. After about 4 rounds it shuts down and reboots. I checked the events viewer and found it was full of errors but it only rebooted on Superpi.

All of the events are the same just on different cores. The set up is an i7 920 on a EVGA X58-A1 running 3x2 gigs of corsair dominator. The bios is the one that came with the board. What tests can I run to narrow down the problem.

I had NCIX assemble it and the settings are as it came from them. They should all be stock settings. Should I run memtest or will that tell me anything?

I was just at the Corsair forum and it seems Corsair TR3X6G1600C8D Ram won't run at 1600 on a EVGA X58 SLI board. There was a few guys there with the exact setup and they all gave up and RMA'd they and got another brand. All is good for them now. I'll RMA mine tomorrow rather than screw around with them.
