Play Total War: Warhammer before Total War: Warhammer II ??

Quick question for those who've played these titles a lot. I had started playing 1 late quite a while after it came out, and then when 2 came out it was reviewed I think generally as a better game, and that if you had both 1 and 2 installed it provided you some additional gameplay or something. Can't remember the exact details but at the time it made me want to wait to play until I had both 1 and 2.

So for a while now I have had both 1 and 2, but with limited play time, I'm wondering is it worth it to play through 1 first, then 2, or can I just go straight to 2?

I haven't played any of my TW WH games in a while now, but from what I recall they are pretty much stand alone games. You can do them in any order, but I would expect that the older games will feel and play different as they tweak and change things.

Sorry, I was away for a bit due to family stuff.

Yes, if you owned W1 and W2 it unlocked for Free 'Mortal Empires' which basically was a free play world (Full) any race ect.
If you own all 3, then you get 'Immortal Empires' which is the same thing but for W3 now.

I would like to get a W3, but they just recently put these parental controls - https://topspyingapps.com/ on my devices. I love video games. but my parents don't get it. Does anyone know how to get around the bans on parental control? I love this line of games and it's frustrating that my parents don't get it.
