Playstation 3 .. is this a good deal ?

I have maybe the chance to buy a used playstation 3 with 3 games and 1 controller for 120$

Is this a good deal ?

I am asking the question since im not in console game.

That is the going prices for used PS3 right now, with no games.

Is this for yourself or your kids? Unless it's games they really want I'd offer less. Those games could sit on the shelf never touched. Did someone request a PS3 specifically? I haven't used my PS3 for anything other than Netflix/Youtube for the past year or two. Even for those two apps it's frustrating sometimes when PSN is down and you need it to use the apps.

This is for the kids only and this will change a little bit from our old Nintendo WII.

It would be best to ask whether or not they'd prefer that over an xbox since both consoles have console exclusive games.
Or you could have them wait, and get the Nintendo switch that'll come out.
