As per the hard drive, that WD 640GB is supposed to be one of the faster drives out there right now, though it seems it's somewhat hit and miss as people have gotten slow ones, but I think that's just due to the AAM (I think?) being set incorrectly.

its not so much i have the intention of going CF but i think that maybe once the 4870 drops in price to sub 200 it would be a worthwhile upgrade down the road so i would like to keep it an option....

as for the HDD thats what i hear you just got to disable AAM and it should perform faster

Its almost $50 cheaper than that antec 850.I have one powering everthing in my sig,i loaded it up with f@h and 3dmark vantage at the same time and the power draw peaked at 632 on my killawatt meter.So assuming 20% efficiency loss thats only putting out like 510 watts from the psu if the killawatt is accurate.

Plus One for the Noctua Nf-p12s fan i have now 6 of them in my water cooling setup and their silent those tricools are loud arse mofoos but their good for getting air out of a hot case the hard ware canucks sale has the Noctua's at 12.99 pretty good deal i paid 17.99 for 2 of them not too long ago lol so grab em when their cheaper! cheers and good luck
