hmmm i mean its a 7980Xe delidded Server :unsure: it would fit the aesthetic of Gimme Da Power Build lol and im sure itd help make the vm run better then the one on synolgy stuck at a5-10 fps

Guess they don't want to deal with item that "mislabel" as used items. Technically they ain't suppose to charge taxes on used items IIRC.

I think that only applies to private sales between individuals. Used items aren't exempt from tax, I believe there's a certain volume threshold after which a seller is considered a business and must collect taxes. I'm guessing ebay treats all transactions as if there's at least one business entity involved.
 
My guess would be eBay is like a pawn shop - they are buying the item from you and then selling it to the bidder. That would be why they collect taxes and submit them.

I don't think you really pay the seller directly anymore? It's all via eBay payment processing. Back in the day, you had to go to PayPal manually and enter the sellers email or send a money order in the mail... amazing how patient we were... now we throw a fit if Amazon doesn't arrive the next day :ROFLMAO:
