CPU: i5 9600k (never overclocked)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 UD motherboard (w/ TPM chip added)
RAM: 64gb ddr4-3600 (G.Skill I believe)
Cooler: Noctua NH-D15
OS: Windows 11 Pro
PSU: 850w GameOne PSU 80+ Gold
Case: Thermaltake View 71 TG ARGB
GPU: EVGA / NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3090 XC3 24GB

I will let others chime in on price, but 100% that you will get more by pulling the gpu and selling it separately.

Edit: on second thought I would also pull the hard drive and part it separately.

Agree with Bond. Take the big value out. and maximize. 3090- 1000-1200, 2tb PCIE- 150-200.
The majority of the guts are going to be in the budget value bin (300-400 range)
