and damn if I haven't lost my mojo...I'm so clumsy!

and the heatsink on the CPU M.2 slot really irks me. it's got a nut on the screw that can't be removed and the SSD has a product label that the heatsinks adhesive would mess up (I think).

anyone know if the lil 2.5" drive screws would fit as a replacement?

yeup. I'm upgrading from a Lenovo Tiny M900x with an i7-6700, 16GB RAM, 480GB M.2 SATA SSD + 2TB 2.5: HDD.

will still be using that system, but looking forward to moar power!

and for GPU, just waiting on the RTX 3050 Ti or RX 6500 XT.

just have to do the part I hate the most...all the fiddly header connectors. <_<
