how do i know when i purchase which one it has id prefer the better one whatever that is in PCIE- 5.0

They are normally posted in the specs what type of and the ssd/nvme uses, I have avoided QLC up to this point as their writes are much lower than even TLC, if I could get SLC NAND I would but they are getting harder to find and the ones you can find on eBay are normally old server stuff
