Videocardz is reporting AMD is releasing a new Radeon RX 7700 with 16GB of VRAM. Bit of an odd duck since it got more VRAM than the 7700XT and higher bandwidth but lower compute unit count. They suspect it's an OEM / SI card only. If it's cheaper than 9060XT 16GB and only a tad slower, may be an okay budget card but FSR4 still isn't guarantee to run with this. At least ROCM 7.0 should work so for AI inference work, may not be a bad pick. Honestly, 24GB is really the bare minimum for inference these days.
