Rants etc.....

Even in the blurry photo I have a couple dewalt tapes laying around, stanley, lufkin etc so it is easy to identify which is which and well the dewalt one has the weird unique hook that can be used upside down. I do like the 2 dewalts I have as they have the longest range out tapes for sticking out before collapsing out of any of the ones I have around and often I'm doing stuff without a second set of hands so that extra extension can be quite helpful.

The dewalts are the newest of the bunch but even after 4 or so years they don't look like that.
 
Decided to give my keyboard a cleaning. Took off the keycaps and gave them a quick wash. On my way back to the office I dropped the little bowl I had them in and they scattered all over the floor in the kitchen/living area.

Now of course there's one keycap I can' find 'B'. Looked everywhere, moved the fridge, etc. Goign to have to check in the one vent in the area next with a camera :S

Customer is bitching about the last invoice we sent them saying we double charged for stuff etc on 3 seperate invoices - they wanted to bill as the job was done.

Spent two hours this morning combing through everything, noticed we didn't actually charge for a few things. So we sent the updated invoice for 450 dollars more.

This job has put me three weeks behind schedule because the owner wanted dto do some of the work.

Oops! Fuck you pay me.

Heh.... even more ironic because I'm sure when you stored the badge, you said (to yourself) that it was somewhere obvious you'd never forget.... :( (been there, done that.... )
