have you looked around your local area to see maybe there is a mobile car key/fob business they have become more common with mobile locksmiths in my area. the dealer at only 150 is pretty good.

That's what I ended up doing. Cost was $150 + tax for what looks like the exact same key fob I had from amazon (this one had guts though) and the exact same "programming" steps. (insert original, start engine, wait 5 seconds, remove original, insert new and start engine, let run for 5 seconds, remove, test buttons).

The $150 dealer price was just a guess... seeing as how it's $150 for a clone, I wouldn't be surprised if a dealer fob would be north of $250.

we just got our 2024 Buick Enclave after all the paperwork and setting up the warranty it includes 2 free keys for next 8 yrs for any reason, which seems insane since the keys are $1200 each.

I had one done for my f150. Was about 200 bucks for the key and programming costs. I needed to get some info from the dealer for the locksmith too which cost 25 bucks.

Well, this is some BS, my wife's Green Shield insurance is asking for my medical records because they covered $15 of my pain meds in the last 2 months, my problem with this is they say If my dosage is above what they say is ok under there "therapeutic guidelines" then it won't be covered, so basically there saying all my doctors have no clue what they're doing and the insurance company knows what's better for me, so we pay for insurance that is not going to cover something that has been legally prescribed by my doctor for well over 10 years, all because they know better.

insurance companies are the worst.

omg, so I found out how much they cover a week for my meds and I can't believe I got this letter over the amount $4.80 lmao, spoke to my cousin who runs a law firm and she said they are auto-generated, so they all want is a write up from one of my doctors they can put in the file to cover there ass she says, she's not sure why they want there ass covered, but here we are.


edit just wanted to add that once I found out how small the amount is yes we could just pay it, but in the future when they have to cover (80%) it will be a bigger problem, so want to get it dealt with now.

It's the main reason my wife and I started our own business or we'd be badly in debt punching a clock.

Falls under pre existing conditions and balh blah blah. Either she suffers on generic meds or we suffer financially. Fortunately we can suffer the latter but not true for other families dealing with similar issues.

OMG, this is such BS how can they be allowed to screw people like this is what kills me, I am sorry your daughter has to go through that kind of crap, I understand the BS it can be every couple of years or less having to fight to keep what you need just to live.

Ordered 2 rolls of sound deadener foam from Amazon back on May 18th. They both ship in their own packaging. Items showed shipped w/ one tracking number. One showed up on Saturday. Amazon refunds me for 1 roll. The other showed up today, different tracking number than what amazon listed. And it shipped 2 days after the other. I had just ordered a new roll this morning. Sigh.

Holy crap I got my Husqvarna snow blower back and it's working right, the tech told me this all happened because of a bad bearing and a cross-threaded nut from the factory, the worst part about all this is he didn't even get parts from Husqvarna he had to steal them from a new machine they got in, so now that machine is down waiting for parts and he said everything is on back order so no clue when it will come in.

I won't be buying Husqvarna products again and it's not that the stuff is bad their stuff works great but if they wont support their stuff why should I risk buying it?
