ouch, I hate the back pain things especially the one split second pain hat knocks the wind out of me so then I spend the rest of the time it takes for it to untweak ,being extremely careful because that pain although last a split second or to can drop me like a bag of potatoes also take the wind out of my lungs so I spend my time breathing certain ways because even breathing slightly different can cause that pain . for myself it is always the worst trying to get out of bed then moving around for the first 20 minutes to hour with that fear it will kick in at any moment so don't move but if I don't move then I stay stiff, so moving is always my best option, even though that chance of me dropping increases , by mid day I kind of train myself how to move , then the next day rinse and repeat. also I avoid sitting down for too long if I do, and it feels kind of sort of ok and I have to get up well the possibility of that pain increases 10-fold .
