the toe nail on my right big toe is f####d up from dropping a keyboard on it. this was one of them old time IBM keyboards, forget what you call em, but heavy as hell, made of real substance compared to what we have today. that was over 20 years ago and now it just grows / piles up on top of itself. it doesn't grow out like a toenail should. I have to take a sander to it every now and then to keep it under control.
 
What the hell is up with your pixel? My phone did a system update 5 days ago and only updated 4 apps after that. Do you check for app updates normally? I check once a month or so, but it seems I don't use a lot of apps compared to most people.

That system update totally messed things up for my Pixel.

I did get the android auto to work again but I had to forget that bluetooth dongle and then it took three tries to pair, but at least working. But aside from that the connection has been total garbage at my new place since the update. Had zero issues before but since it errors out trying to send pictures or damn near anything. Half of the time it won't even connect to the internet. Today I did a quick "speed test" 3.5 Mbps down and 1.8 Mbps up, yes that is not a mistake. Seems to be a little better once out of the area of my new place but still spotty and slow.

Just did a speed test at my old place and on "5G" I got 22.4Mbps down and 0.9Mbps up. And no it was never this slow before. Stupid update and not like I can roll back or anything.

So I have to ask what pixel do you have as I have heard the Pixel 8 has had problems with Bluetooth and wifi, I and the wife have the same pixel 7A and she has the update done too and everything works great for us, wifi and bluetooth sitll work great, we did have to forget the BT connections and redo them but never had problems connecting to anything same goes for wifi.

is that a full OS update my older pixel just updated to the newest Android the other day
 
So they installed some really dumb speed bumps in my area. Large enough I wonder if I had the BMW on the road if it would be able to clear them (it is factory lowered and I'm still working on the damn thing on and off but it might legitimately bottom out on these monstrous speed bumps). They didn't even place them where I would consider to be problem areas. For example the nearby school/playground zone is basically a big T and they only placed 3 of them on the long curve before the long part of the T. The short length of the T and the actual intersection the elementary school is placed at they didn't put speed bumps over there but that is where people speed through the school zone the most.

Now AFTER the speed bumps they are going around and micro-surfacing the whole area... the road conditions in my neighborhood are actually... quite good, not filled with potholes, pretty darn smooth besides these new speed bumps... I legitimately have NO CLUE why they are surfacing the roads in this area when there are neighborhoods that actually need re-surfacing it legitimately seems like a complete waste of money. If anything in this area the alleys are in poor condition and need attention.
 
Ya, I wish they put speed bumps on the main street my house sits on. People speed all the time down it, so they put a roundabout in, which everyone hates, but the good news is it has everyone using it so confused that the corner it's on has much lower accidents than before, so lucky us, they're putting in more across the city. god forbid they put in a 4-way stop, so many people have no clue how they work either.🤦‍♂️
