Yup, my property tax went up about 8% since last year because of our OPP bill. Not thrilled about it myself.

Assessment up $40k this year. Which I think is $40/month more. Although I thought their assement previously was low.

Political pundits on news programs really should do their best to remove the word "pivot" from their vocabulary. To this day I still can't hear the word without associating it with friends so it destroys any chance of them making the point they wish to make.

a friend of mine just told me the city they're in told them a property tax assessment hasn't been done since 2010. now they're stressing out they might get hit with massive back taxes, even though they've only lived there a few years. 0_o

It's possible things are done differently in other provinces, but that couldn't happen here in NB. It's possible for a new assessment to greatly increase your annual property taxes, but that would be a going forward thing, not something they'd try to apply retroactively to previous years.

What a strange problem. I just upgraded my 3900x to a 5900x and I knew it would log me out because of security stuff, but a gpu driver that didnt want to load, thats a new one for me lol

TD finally responded to my email from almost 2 weeks ago (after emailing a supervisor)... so weird past experiences were pleasant and had me happy to deal with them. This is a gong show of epic proportions.

At this rate settle all of this, get second property sold off and find a new company.
