Flux is in Edmonton there was a ton of dirt on dust all over the VRAM and cap's like it was in a barn.

Heh... that's always a good feeling.

I "baked" the same GTX 275 back to life twice during my GPU folding farm days.

I used a heatgun and followed that method on youtube for tech yes city and another Channel that suggested tinfoil around GPU. and uses flux this time to ensure it was good and baked.

I'm assuming the goal is to reflow some of the solder with the heat gun?

Yeah waving it basically just around the GPU in a circular motion helped reflow it I just added flux to de-oxidize the solder that may have come loose and hopefully weld it in place when it cooled. I need a proper BGA workstation now. Then I can tinker and offer this service to our community once I get more time in I'll buy up dead GPUs off eBay to test.
