this is in addition to all the CPU that Royal Core was linked too, which is weird as Nova Lake is Royal Core and appears to be the only CPU Intel will release in the next 2+ years.

it seems Intel is snowballing out of control.

Interesting. I went looking for any other info on the subject.

Arrow lake refresh was supposedly lined up for enthusiast mobile "HX" parts as well (so that would be affected).

This also means that only arrow lake is currently scheduled on socket 1851. We will see if they make something else on the roadmap...

I wonder if this is more related to the power issues and such happening, or if instead of becoming 10nm++++++++ like they did with 14nm+++++++ they are just deciding to not bother. Would be interesting to hear the inside conversations that reasoned out the cancelations.

maybe they don't have the cash flow like they thought and don't want to take the risk again since last few risks didn't pay out like they'd hoped. i mean they eventually got past 14nm then 10nm but the diagrams looked atrocious they had to mix n match 14nm 10 nm back port tech from other designs. im still hoping Bartlett lake is still coming all P core no HT id be on that as long as i was with x299 - 7980Xe lol.

absolutely agree. I am positive it is all cost saving measures and re-focusing priorities, but it would be great to hear the specific reasonings for each cut
