Saw this on Techspot / HUB. TeamGroup just shown off their P250Q-M80 that can be hooked up to a physical button to ensure data destruction. Short press will software wipe the drive but the drive will be reusable. Long press will hardware wipe the drive by sending high voltage to the NAND chips. They claim it will survive a power lost to ensure data is wipe. I believe they should integrate it with a smart ring or bracelet so if you flatline for more than 3 minutes, it will remote wipe your SSD.
