Sharp TV Woes!!!

The cable itself may not be able to carry a 1080P signal.

There are plenty of other things you can try though:

Switch inputs
Change resolution to 720P (no difference on a 32" set)
Turn off 1:1 pixel mapping and use 16:9

Another question, will i notice the difference between 720P and 1080P when watching BluRay stuff and is it more future proof?

I called Sharp today and told them about the issue, they said that there is something wrong w/ the TV internally. Might be fixable. Hmmmm.... i wonder what kind of replacement could i get :)
