Build is done ill get some more pics up didnt really take alot as when i was building the first time it was extremely unstable could have been that i damaged the die when removing the IHS.

this time around i used a heat gun to warm the indium for 30s then popped it in the Rockit Cool Delidder gave it a lil blast of heat clamped her in, used the hex key but instead of the tool i used a hex head on a screw driver so i could use wrist strength to gently increase force until it popped gently not like last time.

used the silver solder remover then the Flitz polish until die was a mirror finnish, liquid metaled, then the Thermal Grizzly Direct Die Contact Frame and TG Bubble Gum,

temps are great did a quick & Dirty Tweak to get Voltages under control. will tinker further once get more time.
how long did it take you to delid and how long to do all the polishing? did you polish the base of your cooler too?

took maybe 5 mins to delid another 5-10 mins with the silver solder agitating it cleaning adding more until every shiny bit was gone then added the flitz polish with shop towel and agitated it for few seconds moving to clean part of towel every so often. once was done used 99% iso to clean the die and check for any spec of indium left. and yeah did a clean of the artcic freezer iis base with iso then flitz then iso then used all i had left of the tg bubblegum paste it was $125 cad for a weee lil tub of this lol but figured i might as well used whats left to cover the intel V1 Contact frame and cooler.
