The numbers they provide all get redirected to their retail store and they can't do anything or check the status of your order. The last time I ordered something from them it took 2 months of non stop phone calls to get most of my order shipped. I just gave up on the rest of the order. They're insanely disorganized and essentially inherit all the retail system flaws NCIX has without any of the good points.
I've been to their retail store once or twice in Richmond, it is definitely just a 1-2 man show. I wouldnt order online from them, best bet is talking with someone on the phone to place an order or going there directly, get to know the guys lol. I think Sanny was the fellow that has helped me from time to time. At least they are very nice and pleasant guys to deal with in person.
