It says they're mining BTC so these would be ASIC miners. Probably ANT miners.

So no RTX.

Funny enough this is practically in my backyard, and I hadn't heard about it.

Yeah that isn't far away and didn't hear about this till now. Had they done some kind of solar farm isntead of setting up gas powered generators probably would have gotten away with it.

How close is this to a residential area?

Mining isn't the issue, it's the 24/7 gas powered generators that are the issue. :)

I would call the area semi-affluent. Its just north of Hwy 16 on the outskirts of the west end of town if you wanna google map it. Near Acheson.
