@CMetaphor so there is this GMKtec EVO-X1 AI with the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 MiniPC for $1400 CAD. not cheap, but that comes with 32GB RAM and a 2TB NVMe SSD. it looks to be based on the Zen3+ because it comes with the Radeon 890M iGPU.

the Z-Flow 13 has this cpu and can use ddr 5 8000+ comes in at 16-32-128gb i just hope the screen is bright enough to be used for movies.

@Marzipan nope, not for me. Give me ITX at very least. Ideally ITX and my choice of heatsink instead of a proprietary one. I don't want an APU system to be a hot little box with a 2,000+ rpm laptop fan inside.

the CPU mounting would still be proprietary as its one of AMD's mobile sockets.
