nice to see some AMD action...here is a blast from the past. not quite the Phenom range but damn close and not bad for a processor a good bit more 'experienced'...

Operton 146 (socket 939 baby!)
DFI Ultra-D (a legend among legends)
OCZ PC-5000 ELPE (the best TCC5/TCCD ever released to the public)
if memory serves me right, i had a waterblock on the CPU and the rad in a bucket of ice water...ghetto old school clocking. it isn't about having the best hardware always...just having fun with what you got :thumb:

i still remember drooling with that memory, 313MHz 2.5-3-3-5...pure hotness

Damn fine clock on that opty, and the memory really takes the cake!!!!

I don't think I had any DDR mem that'd do above 520 and even that was pushing it on my Ultra-D.

Oh, THAT'S why I didn't have milliseconds. I thought it was just it telling me my CPU was too slow to worry about milliseconds :bleh:. I'll update it when I get home from work, hopefully.

Very nice!

That was some awesome TCCD. I could never quite break 310MHz at 2.5-4-4 timings on my Platinum Rev2s IIRC. I've got an old screenie of my Opteron 148 that I'll post later tonight :thumb:

I got my "TCCD" OCZ PC3200 Platinum Rev 2.(2x512MB) up to 303 or 305(my memory's gettin' bad  ) @ 3-3-3-8 1T(w/OCZ DDR-Booster) but would only run 216-217@2-2-2-5 1T... on my P4P/P4C800E-Deluxe/P4 2.4C(I think the 865 got me higher, due to a 533 strap. ). Nice flexible ICs though.... like my 8500 Ballistix .:punk:

Couldn't quite match lemonlime's Q6600 score, and mine took a hell of a lot more Vcore (wouldn't be running that 24/7 :) ).

Here is an old A64/Vapo LS screenie that I found from back in 2006. It's too bad that I didn't get a higher shot as this was actually a 24/7 prime stable config that I used. I could probably have run 1M at 3.4GHz or higher. Anyhow, this system is long gone so I can't rerun any tests, unfortunately. Sorry for the SPI 1.4, as I'm not sure if there is any difference between SuperPI 1.4 and 1.5.

25.328s
AMD Opteron 148 @ 3.3GHz
2x512MB OCZ Platinum Rev 2s (TCCD @ 300MHz and 2.5-4-3-6 timings)
DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra-D
Vapochill LS
