The wife wants to get me Supreme Commander for Christmas so I have to satisfy myself with the demo version for now.

The demo is for sure AWESOME and not to mention a BIG demo file. However the skirmish mode with the same map is starting to drive me insane. Please tell me there is someone here that knows a way for me to mod the demo to use a different map.

If not, I will be an overly excited man during Christmas. :thumb:

Supreme Commander is indeed a blast, one of the few RTS that actually allow you to turtle and not get your ass kicked anymore. I was in the beta for Supreme Commander FA and once again, was extremely well done.

As for moding it, hmm, don't remember seeing anyway of doing that, unlike the Crysis demo...but that's a different story all together :D

SupCom is awesome ! I love the original, and I recently got Forged Alliance which takes getting used to (they changed the layout and the HUD) but a great RTS none the less :thumb:

It does slow down with 64x64km maps though ...!

I love the new units in Forged Alliance, but man, did they EVER snip the balls off of some of the experimental units... Remember when an enemy Colossus in your base was a problem?

Oh! That's not all! You can then [censors this paragraph to allow you to come up with your own concussion]! Hawt. :haha:

And you could allways...hrmm..."accidentally" have the full version "somehow" download itself to your computer, which you could then use until you get your hands on the retail!
