Yup, I get that. I use ctrl+shift+esc all the time. That is what I meant by it being beneficial when other shortcuts don't work.The difference is that the crtl+shift+esc opens it directly, while ctrl/alt/del requires selecting task manager from a menu.
I personally have just been using right click on the start button to access it.
