Finally got the toilet flange in the basement cut down to the right height, toilet is remounted and no longer wobbles. That was the last chore on the list before putting our house up for sale. Which will happen after we get back from a week getaway in Cabo San Lucas.

IIRC you have a nice place in a nice neighborhood. The way the market is looking out there, you should get a great price. Where are you moving?

My wife has always wanted to live in the Walnut Grove neighborhood, north of the freeway. It is a nice place, I'd be happy to find something similar. Our neighborhood is a lot busier than when we moved in, thanks to the townhouses up the street and around the corner.

Walnut Grove is really nice. We have friends that live there, and we were renters briefly there while we prepped for moving to Alberta. Definitely one of the nicer 'residential' area of Langley.

I was wondering if you were abandoning the province altogether. >.<

Took five minutes to flip the flowmeter innards in the Hyte build. Did it with minimal leakage, no spilling off the towels and it seems to be working fine.

Nice that something went right after months of issues with virtual display issues, crashing games and nvidia drivers bjorking the system haha.

edit: Not clear from the post but this is WRT the heat pumps we had installed mid february.

Full month of march was even more encouraging. Daily KWH of 56 this year compared to last year's 103 .

Using co-pilot to find the average temps between the two years suggests that last year was slightly warmer than this year although not by enough that it isn't a mostly apples to apples comparison. That's a huge difference that will have a significant effect on our bill. :)

Last update on this..... :)

Daily KWH of 45 vice 87 last year. That's just a smidgen under half . You can colour me impressed.

Happy to report that my cheesy $25 Amazon TPMS reset tool worked like a charm!! Such a simple thing, but a PITA for us folks who like to swap their own seasonal tires. OTOH, (IMO) a perfect example of an unnecessary feature with a guaranteed failure point over the life of your vehicle.
