I need some assistance with picking what colour(s) to use as accent colour (s) inside my case.

I know the one colour is going to be green, I'm going to be getting a UV green sleeving kit for my PSU. Should I just stick with green or add a second UV colour for my rounded cables? If so what colour? The inside of the case is going to be painted flat black.

Here is a pic of my mainboard as this is what I'm basing the accent colour (s) off of.

If you want to hide any cables I suggest sleeving them in black and they will be a lot harder to see in your case and easier to hide:thumb: As far as colour goes it's really a personal preference your the one that has to look at it everyday. Some prefer as bright and flashy as possible while others take the subtle approach and some don't like to show any cables. Kinda hard to hide them if they are lit up like a christmas tree lol. Just my 2 cents Killer:biggrin:

You could even just hide as many cables as possible and swapp out the psu connectors for uv ones...hmm. like I said very subjective. And sleeve just the main power cable on psu.... lol. Now you got me thinkin lol.

Once the power cables are sleeved it won't look as bad, I'll hide the ones I will not be using. I was thinking as for the rounded cables just go with black maybe.

My question is I'm gonna be putting a window in my side panel and I find the premade kits look ugly. I was going to go to Home Depot and get a piece of 12"x12" 1/8" thick plexi. But inside of using the rubber molding what is another way I could hold the plexi in place? What do the pros use?

Grrrrr..... you're going to get me started on this again..... :)

There really aren't any good options for a flush mount install besides the rubber grommet which is next to impossible to find.

Next best would be an inside mount which could be attached with just about anything. (rivets, screws w/nuts, or even velcro).

Here are some SATA cables that come in most colours including black...but what I like is that you can get them with right angles in them which in your mobo your sata connectors are on bottom of board so if you used these cables it would allow you to route your sata cables away from your board quickly and not have to bend the cable drastically (risking shorting). Just a thought:biggrin: As far as your window... there must be plastic/rubber rivets available somewhere.Hmmm... I will keep my eyes open while surfin around.

These aren't the best, but if you want it cheap, star tech is giving away their side window kits right now for a measly $1.56 . They come with flush mount stripping too. The y have round and square.

Holy cwap!!!!!

Wish they had the dimensions listed...... I'm probably going to grab up 3 or 4 of those bad boys at those prices! (I just want the grommet, and best pricing I've found for it has been $3.99/foot I'm sure each window will be at least 1 ft of grommet).
