And now Molson Canadian is US owned.
Very sad. Not that I was ever a huge fan of it, but its sad that many big Canadian associated things are not Canadian owned anymore.

On the beer side I think the vast majority (all?) of "our" big brands are not domestically owned anymore.

Moosehead is apparently the largest of the fully Canadian owned breweries.

On the same topic.... Timmies should be fined for all of their recent "Canadian" ads.... afaik Brazil is the largest stakeholder in it.

So what then.... Kokanee???? Alpine????

I don't imbibe any more, but when I did I was more of a dark beer out of the tap kinda guy (like Newcastle Brown Ale).

I would pick Canadian over Moosehead (probably Kokanee if it was easily/cheaply available in NS) from the big brands.

I honestly don't drink much anymore, but its almost exclusively local microbreweries for me now. So many options.
