I got sucked into signing up for the warrior dash, 2 months of hard training ahead of me.

good for you. I wanted to sign up for the run for water 10k but I know that I have issues with running around with people never mind a huge crowd lol so I will just stick with my running 5 k every other day

I'm doing 3 hours of exercise every day with 1490 calories - exercise + offset(eat what I exercise). Trying to focus mainly on weight loss and lower/core endurance. In the last 10 days my average is 102 calories over my goal, all due to social gatherings. It's hard when a couple of glasses of red wine throws you 200 cals over.

your body needs proper rest so that the muscles can recuperate.
I always get a laugh when you see Ads out there showing ta woman or a man with totally flat stomach , I always look close for stitch marks which allot of these people have which tells me they have had liposuction and if you look even closer you will notice that some of these people get lipo in more then the stomach area . Fitness is a huge business and most people out there will not get that so called perfect body look know matter what they eat and how much exercise they do . woman and men getting the butt lifts leg and stomach lipo implants in the chest and butt. it totally makes me sick.

The 3rd toe Surgery being the success that it was ment today, I managed to fast walk at 5km/h for an hour. Not damn bad considering I was out of commission since November.

Flat stomachs are possible but it takes a lot of time and effort and a massive loss of body fat. It requires like 7-8% body fat to be flat.

So how many calories are you actually taking in?
