heya all just weonder ing how does anyone get these drives to ever work? iv tried certifed cables, enclosures that cost $150+ drives like the 980Pro yet i can never seem to get them to run faster then 50mbs - 130mbs thought the point of these devices existing was so youd have decent speed external storage / monitors /eGpus.
not sure what else i can do to get them to read above hdds from 1990
1. install thunderbolt drivers,
2. connect $$$ Enclosure - Samsung 980 1TB Pro ssd
3. connect $ Cable
4. 35mbs -130mbs max even with write caching turned on
am i missing a step somewhere?
