stock vcore value for asus rampage 4 F corei3 3820

guys help me please can i know the stock vcore of a non-overclock asus rampage 4 formula with corei7 3820 and i use corsair h100i series because recently i receive a warning message regarding vcore value but i check in cpu-z is 1.02 then sometimes go 1.275 but i my rig is new and i did not touch anything and i did not overclock it.

Under the heading of "Troubleshooting Essentials" I'd include having an internal speaker and using the post/beep codes to home in on a non-POST problem.

I'd also check CPU temps.

And PSU Voltages.

If the PC POSTS then you usually have an OS problem. Try Safe Mode fixes.

edit: try HWInfo64 for 1. hardware identification, 2. thorough record of curremnt, min and max readings on voltages, temps, clock speeds, etc.
