The link to climate.us works but isn't functional yet... I used to have a little radio tuned to the NOAA Weather Radio broadcast years ago because I lived close to a US city. That channel still works, I just checked online... Project 2025 showed that they wanted to commercialize NOAA - don't know if that's happen yet,

Does anyone listen to the Canadian Weather Radio on radio? Or are people just using cell phone weather alerts?

Scientists breathe new life into climate website after shutdown under Trump. Climate.gov, which went dark this summer, to be revived by volunteers as climate.us with expanded mission

Their effort’s new website, climate.us, would not only offer public-facing interpretations of climate science, but could also begin to directly offer climate-related services, such as assisting local governments with mapping increased flooding risk due to climate change.

The effort is being led by climate.gov’s former managing editor, Rebecca Lindsey, who, although now unemployed, has recruited several of her former colleagues to volunteer their time in an attempt to build climate.us into a thriving non-profit organization.

Didn't know the Canadian feds run their own weather radio network. Way back when I was getting my pilot's license, I only get the weather forecast from weather services via a NAV Canada link on their website. With death of FEMA, NOAA, and FDA, the American public is going to suffer greatly and US as a world trusted authority in anything is going to go away. Even if the DEM win the mid-term elections, there is no guarantee they could restore services. Furthermore, doctors, teachers (uni level), and scientists started to leave. The ironic thing is that this is very similar to what the Commie China did during 1950's, attack on the intelligent people.

That's not the only this the cheeto-in-chief killed. Many have gone on record to state that the NOAA cutbacks directly led to more deaths in the Texas floods. That orange @#$% got his own right wing voters killed, including children.
