Portland-->Seattle sent me this sweet image of Reaper... This would be cool on the front

Let's take tour of this chassis before it gets modified!

2x 140mm exhaust fans (specs?)

140mm intake fan (Red LED)

I etched the Unreal logo into the side panel window with my Dremel and these Engraver Attachments

The top 2x 140mm exhaust grill. The vents in the top cover will be removed.

This is the Unreal faceplate for the front bezel, made from 1/8" thick acrylic, with 140mm grill.

1x DVD drive will be used... Reaper silhouette will clear drive drawer, eject...

Next step is mounting holes, prepped and painted Matte Black base coat before Airbrushed art work

Here are some of the products from Mnpctech used for this PC build project.

Most Computer Chassis will accept 1/8” diameter Pop rivets, Gripe range .092" - .125" for Computers.

This is a seriously awesome build man!

I'm surprised to see that you cut the silhouette out by hand though. Not that it doesn't look awesome, because it certainly does, but I would have thought you would have just put something complex like that on a cnc mill.

Nice work!

@martin, good to hear, thanks man!

@dustin, I still enjoy creating things by hand when I can :thumb:

The points are very sharp, but edges are fine. Using 2000 Volkswagen Tornado Red, factory paint code G2, LY3D, on top 280 fan grill inserts
