Hi
Last few months I've starting having problems with what I thought a failing mouse.
I bought a new mouse was all fine for a week then booted up into windows and no mouse again, sometimes it boots ok sometimes not.
my specs are
asus rampage 2,
i7 920
6gb corsair ram
msi gtx770
ssd Samsung evo 850
1tb western digital caviar green
pioneer sata dvd drive
corsair hx850
Not sure what to check apart from what I've done cables, changing usb port etc , could this be a motherboard problem
nothing is overclocked
Thanks

Disconnect all case USB cables, not remove the devices, I mean litterally disconnect the headers between the case USB and motherboard. If you still having issues, then I would try a reset the BIOS and then a USB card.

Do you have another PC to test the mouse (ice) on? Have you tried re-installing the chipset drivers?
