So could i strip the gtx hydro copper 780 card and install on to the new gtx 980 ti ?
EK Water Blocks, Ljubljana based premium water cooling gear manufacturer, is pleased to announce that the existing*EK-FC780 GTX Classy*series water blocks*are compatible*with the latest EVGA® GeForce® GTX 980 Ti Classified graphics card.
so my 780 water block should work as long as i make sure all chips are under water block ???seems EK saying its a screw-on but seeing is believing double check the ram and regulators are touching proper against your stock fan cover heatsink before using
otherwise will see this happen chips just melt off the card then DOA
ok i have a venier but what tolerances am i checking ?
